Deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle crash in the N8700 block of Badger Road, in the Town of York. Gregory G. Jepsen, 65, Blanchardville, was traveling southbound, when he lost control of
his vehicle. The vehicle exited the roadway to the west and collided with an embankment causing the vehicle to overturn. The vehicle came to rest on its roof. Jepsen reported not wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Jepsen was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (1st-Alcohol). Jepsen was further cited for Operating With a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (1st) Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released to a responsible party pending a court appearance
