A Deputy responded to E. Milwaukee Street, Village of Argyle for an unsecured premise.

7:14 p.m.
Deputies, Lafayette County EMS, and Darlington Fire responded to County Shop Road, Darlington Township for a one vehicle accident. Porter L. Olson, 22, Argyle, was traveling on County Shop Road, when he lost control of his vehicle, causing him to leave the roadway and strike a tree. Olson was transported to the hospital with non- life-threatening injuries. Olson’s 2009 GMC received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. As a result, Olson was cited for Operating While Intoxicated – First Offense and Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control. Darlington police assisted.
